Service maintenance of fire equipment is a legal requirement as per the Heath and Safety Regulations and the Fire Safety Order 2005.

We can carry out service and maintenance work on the following in accordance to BS 5306: Part 3 2009.

Maintenance of fire equipment is required on a annual basis or when the fire equipment has been used, such as discharge of fire extinguishers in the event of a fire. Maintenance of fire equipment is to ensure that it is fit for purpose, should a fire occur the user can be assured that the equipment will perform as and when required

On completion of maintenance work a "Certificate of Maintenance" is issued which states that the work is completed in accordance with the British Standard BS 5306.
